How do I reserve the baby equipment?
To reserve the baby equipment you need for your holiday simply browse through the list of items that are available for hire and then add to the ‘cart’. Once you have filled in the info and sent it to us via the checkout, we will get back to you, by email, to confirm availability and the total price.

How do I pay?
The easiest way to pay is by securely by credit card. When we confirm availability and the total price, we will send you an invoice. This will have a link to the Pay Pal website and you simply follow the prompts to pay securely credit card. Do not worry if you have never used Pay Pal before, the process is very easy and you do not need to have a Pay Pal account.
Is there a damage deposit?
Yes. A refundable deposit of 50% of the order total will be added at the time of payment, this will be refunded at the end of the booking if the items are returned undamaged.
How do I get the baby equipment to my chalet?
We will then arrange to deliver the items to your accommodation in time for your arrival. If we cannot get access to your accommodation prior to your arrival we will arrange to meet you when you arrive.
How do I get it back to you?
Collection of the items will be made just before or after your departure, and if everything is in order your deposit will be refunded.
